CREW features advanced video codec and optimized intelligent RF power, enabling transmission range of up to 1.2 km (4000 ft) in line of sight, to significantly expand the monitoring coverage, provide greater flexibility and freedom for live video production.

       

32ms Consistent Low Latency

The ultra-low latency has exceeded the limits of human visual perception, achieving visually lossless performance, suitable for the professional wireless follow focus, the most demanding application in terms of latency.
The latency is consistent, never changed regardless of the environment interference. In multi-camera productions, using CREW would ensure the strict synchronization among the multiple wireless channels.

The CREW supports 1 Transmitter to up to 4 Receivers Stable Multi-Cast Transmission, with no compromise on Distance, Latency or Video quality for film crew application. All the CREW family Tx and Rx are fully cross-compatible for multicast.

Visually Lossless High Video Quality

The CREW series wireless transmission adopts H.265 High Quality Encoding, bit rate up to 26.8 Mbps, visually lossless compared to cable video.

       

Display and Configuration

High Bright Color OLED Screen

Both the Tx and Panel Rx Wireless is equipped with a high bright 450nits OLED screen that remains clearly visible even in direct sunlight. It displays essential transmission status information such as video format, frequency channel, signal strength, etc. A user-friendly joystick allows for easy configuration of all functions, including Tx/Rx pairing, channel switching, fan on/off control, firmware upgrades, and more.

       

MetaData Transmit

CREW supports to wirelessly Transmit SDI embedded MetaData from cine cameras, for DIT livegrading, record and manage the camera information.

       

TimeCode Trigger Transmit

The CREW wireless system also supports the transmission of SDI embedded timecode and Start/Stop trigger from the camera.

       

Dual Encryption protection

The CREW wireless system has Dual Encryption protection:
1. Use exclusive KUWI chip of proprietary RF;
2. Adopt AES-256 high level encryption
to ensure that the video signals captured on movie sets are not leaked to third parties.

Multiple Power Supply

The CREW wireless can be powered up by NP-F battery or D-tap to 2-pin LEMO cable that provided in package.
You can also power the CREW conveniently via its USB-C port.

       

Group Tagging

4 colors Tags are provided to be placed on the antennas. Different pairing groups of Tx and Rx are distinguished by different colored Tags.

Standard 1T 1R Package

The CREW wireless provides 1 Tx + 1 Rx package including all essential accessories and comes in a carrying case for easy storage and transport.

1T 2R Package Option

CREW is also available in a 1 Tx + 2 Rx kit, including all necessary accessories and a carrying case, the ideal 1T2R setup commonly used for DP and 1st AC monitoring on filmset.
